Fabrication and Manufacturing

A dedicated focus on the industrial and petrochemical marketplaces has allowed ASI to develop infrastructure, systems and procedures which provide the basis for one of the most capable and unique services of its kind. The ASI structures which make up the complete facility network (main, north and east fabrication wings), and the support yards, two of which are enclosed and fully serviced with overhead cranes (west and north yards), in combination with the handling systems and fabrication procedures allow the organization to enjoy a level of efficiency and productive capability which is unsurpassed in this industry. ASI's commitment to its customers and the marketplace which it serves is further reflected in the level of investment in equipment.

The facilities are serviced by 22 overhead cranes of substantial capacity, three high capacity vertical band saws, two CNC controlled multi head torches (giving a total capacity of 10 oxyacetylene heads and two plasma heads) with the capacity to cut any unique two dimensional shape from a 10'x40' plate, two high capacity shears and two high capacity breaks, along with a myriad of modern fabrication equipment augment the layout of the ASI facility to further enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization to meet its customers needs whatever they may be.
